TRAINING AT THE BARN 

Our group sessions are a combination of resistance, conditioning and cardiovascular training specifically designed to help you achieve the best fat burning and muscle building workouts possible, whilst being supported by industry-leading personal trainers.

GROUP TRAINING

Our group session provides a completely unique experience. Each session have been created to test you individually, whilst thriving in a group of like-minded people all on a similar journey.

Each session is 45 minutes and will have a maximum of up to 18 people per session. All session are run outdoors on our multi-purpose, floodlit area.

RESISTANCE TRAINING

We want you to feel and be strong. We utilise resistance training as a key modality in you achieve the best results.

Each session is designed to select exercises that you can easily perform and then make tangible improvements on week by week for a solid base of functional strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles.

Anyone can lose weight. You just have to eat less. But if you want to look and feel fantastic, we need to incorporate quality, progressive, resistance training into the mix.

CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING

We like our workouts to encompass using different energy systems for a maximum effect. 

Our specially designed workouts will use rowing machines, assault bikes, battle ropes and much, much more to test you to your limits, to ensure that you have the most effective fat burning, muscle building and metabolism-boosting sessions possible.

ONLINE ON-DEMAND

In addition to the in-person group sessions, you will be able to attend, you will also have full access to our library of on-demand workouts for you to do at home when you please if you want to do that little bit extra away from the sessions. 

With a library of over 400+ Exercise Tutorial Videos, you will have our full support for all your workouts outside of the group sessions.

ONE-TO-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

In addition to the Group Sessions, we also offer options for ‘Add-On’ one-to-one Personal Training sessions.

This can be a great way to accelerate your results and improve on particularly difficult areas with one of our expert team. They will be able to coach you through private sessions, as well as personally managing our nutrition with weekly reviews.
