Describe yourself in three words?
“Outgoing, Dedicated and Positive.”
Why did you want to become a PT?
“I’ve always been passionate about sport and exercise and loved being in the gym ever since I was old enough to join. As I’ve got older, I’ve come to appreciate and want to know more about how important these are for both physical and mental health. After graduating, the plan was to travel to South America, but as that became impossible in 2020, lockdown gave me the opportunity to do something I felt I always would, and that was when I began a personal training course!”
What are you most looking forward to at The Barn Bootcamp?
“Working with passionate, knowledgeable and attentive PTs, helping the community they’ve built progress toward their goals and beyond.”
One message for anyone who is new to The Barn Bootcamp?
“Everyone starts somewhere, when that motivation leaves, replace it with discipline and healthy habits and you’ll never stop progressing.”
What do you do in your free time?
“Playing and watching rugby/ sport, love a good film, oh and gym of course.”
A Motivational Quote?
