WE DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

You can either sign up for group bootcamp sessions with one of our PT’s where you push yourself to your limits, for an hour, with like-minded individuals or you can train one to one in personal training sessions. This level of focus will get you the results, however big or small. 

You’ll be given a personalised training and nutritional plan and our mobile app allows you to track your progress 24/7. Our trainers are on hand to offer help and support whenever you need it and our The Barn community group will allow you to connect with fellow Barn Bootcampers to give you that extra bit of encouragement along your journey.

The Barn is not for everyone. You need to be dedicated to achieving your goals. But if you are ready to take that step towards changing your training and nutritional habits long-term, you won’t go back to the gym.

The Barn offers both an indoor and outdoor training space, with state of the art equipment and the fact it’s on a farm means we also have a few acres at our disposal… and tractors!

Can’t speak highly enough of my experience at The Barn. Started their Small Group Personal Training sessions 4 weeks ago and it’s certainly been the best investment I’ve made to date! The instructors have all been consistently brilliant with great energy and have helped me achieve results I’m so happy about. If you are in two minds...just do it is my thorough recommendation. Adam and the team have totally surpassed my expectations. After just 4 weeks I feel like the impossible is now possible. Everyone thought I couldn't stick to the diet plan but I have (without really even feeling hungry) and I am already losing weight and feel so much stronger. All the instructors are attentive and supportive (even in a group setting) and able to make sure the program is tailored to you at all times whilst also managing to quietly increase the challenge too!
