Great environment, with great instructors. I have been working with Toby for the last 4 weeks, and really enjoying it. I have just finished my second week at The Barn. The trainers are friendly, knowledgeable, non-judgmental and focus entirely on their clients. They encourage you, push you, advise you and praise you. Excellent and supportive staff, friendly and always encouraging! I signed up to improve my general fitness and mental health and they really listen to your needs. An extremely friendly environment with really good instructors. Shannon is amazing, he has really helped me to ditch my unhealthy habits whilst still encouraging me to be pragmatic with my food choices to make this a sustainable change. I have made real progress both in and out of the gym because of his guidance. Would recommend this gym/programme to anyone who wants to get fit.
