Your first session will be an initial assessment for us to begin laying the foundations of your plans over the weeks to come. Each workout is 45-munites in duration and is carefully designed around your requirements, then fine-tuned to match the progress you make each week.
All sessions are delivered in our exclusive personal training gym, meaning that you’ll never have to wait for equipment to feel intimidated by a traditional gym environment.
Our trainer will coach and guide you through each exercise to ensure that you are getting the most from each rep you do.
After your initial consultation, your trainer will create your nutrition plan tailored to your requirements.
Having your trainer looking after both your training and nutrition allows us to be responsive and not reactive to the progress we want you to make.
A comprehensive nutrition plan will provide the foundation for you to start seeing visible changes straight away.
We make your nutrition plan easy to follow to ensure that you do not need to waste time or energy working out how everything works. Your trainer is on hand to help you with any questions you might have, at any time outside of the session.
When you join begin your personal training journey, you will be working directly with a trainer, who will provide accountability and the proper support throughout.
Your trainer will be taking a scientific approach when reviewing your progress each week, measuring key pieces of data, and then analysing where best to adapt the plan to improve the quality of your results.
In addition to your trainer, you’ll also become a part of the broader community inside The Barn Bootcamp, where you will be able to meet and get to know other members who are on a similar journey to yourself.

Our personal training service is for those people who want a bespoke experience and want to work in partnership with a trainer to achieve real results.
We believe in providing you with real tangible results from your time with us. We ask you to commit to this program for at least 12 weeks because we know this is a realistic amount of time to see meaningful and potentially life-changing results. Unsure of what results in you could achieve on this program?
We generally recommend that a client should be able to lose around 1% of body fat each week, whilst still improving strength week by week. Here are a few of our other personal training clients who have worked with us.
We know that just turning up the sessions isn’t enough for you to see truly amazing results. When you join the barn Bootcamp, you’ll be joining a community of people that are all striving for you to be better for yourself. Whilst we hold you to account for making sure you turn up to your sessions, we also provide a lot of support outside of the sessions.
You’ll be invited to join our highly engaging Facebook Group with over 100+ members discussing struggles, progressions and big wins they’re all achieving. In addition to this, you’ll have full access to The Barn Bootcamp app. Which will serve as your daily go-to app for tracking and accessing your progress. We ask our members to share their progress with others in the group and this provides inspiration and motivation for others in the group.
During the summer we will be making full use of our farm-based facilities and running regular BBQ’s and social events to bring our whole community together across all different training times.
Not only will you be able to train with us for three sessions a week over the course of this initial Six Week Challenge, we also provide you with a completely bespoke nutrition plan. We assess your current body composition and nutrition requirements. Then establish realistic goals and a timeframe for you to achieve the desired results. From there, we will build out a detailed meal plan.
Providing you will the specific foods and quantities required to get you into the best shape possible, and achieve your results in the quickest time. In addition to the meal plans, we have numerous recipe books, guide and learning materials to ensure that you don’t just ‘follow the plan’ but also learn the necessary skills in order to sustain these results in definitely.
