If you are in two minds...just do it is my thorough recommendation. Adam and the team have totally surpassed my expectations. After just 4 weeks I feel like the impossible is now possible. Everyone thought I couldn't stick to the diet plan but I have (without really even feeling hungry) and I am already losing weight and feel so much stronger. All the instructors are attentive and supportive (even in a group setting) and able to make sure the program is tailored to you at all times whilst also managing to quietly increase the challenge too!
