Group training at The Barn Bootcamp is not your average bootcamp session. We’ve developed a culture of support, accountability and drive to achieve extraordinary results. Every person who joins us begins with The Six Week Challenge. This means that everyone you are training with has been in the very same position you find yourself in right now. We believe that it is extremely important for all members to establish goals, create structured plans and then have a supportive environment to make the changes required to see real results.
The results you see below are our members who have looked to achieve more just showing up to a bootcamp session here and there. We’ve worked with hundreds of individuals, which have made life-changing decisions to commit to improving the way they look and feel about themselves, initially through The Six Week Challenge.
Hundreds have trusted The Barn Bootcamp to transform their bodies and lives. Timeframes will depend on the individual, and beyond the before and after photos, comes newfound confidence, improved mental focus and a higher level of general health.
The Barn Bootcamp’s approach is unique. We appreciate that some may associate a bootcamp with drop-in, military-style workouts. However, we believe in taking the time to understand the needs of each client and provide them with a holistic approach to achieving results.

On The Six Week Challenge, you will be training with us three times a week. We have over 30 session times available for you to pick from each week. During the 45-minute sessions, you will be in groups of up to 16 people, all working to achieve similar goals to yourself.
We use a combination of resistance training and metabolic conditioning throughout the session to ensure you have the most effective workouts. You do not require a specific level of fitness, all the sessions are designed for you to push yourself to your own limits.
We finish each session with team-based challenges, whereby you will work with others in the group to complete. These are tough, testing and above all great fun. Our trainers will be there to encourage and coach you on the correct technique throughout the entire workout.
Attending the training is only half of the challenge. Taking control of your nutrition is the other half. Through our detailed consultation process, we provide you with clear goals to work towards and create a bespoke nutrition plan to meet your requirements. We don’t just give you numbers to figure out by yourself, nor do we give you boring meals to follow. We create a personalised plan, designed around your taste and goals. In addition to the meal plans, we have numerous recipe books, guides and learning materials to ensure that you don’t just ‘follow the plan’ but also learn the necessary skills to sustain these results in the long term.
We know that just turning up the sessions isn’t enough. When you join The Barn Bootcamp, you’ll be joining a community of people that are all striving for each other to be better. You’ll be invited to join our highly engaging private Facebook Group with over 200+ members as well as being supported by our team outside of the sessions through The Barn Bootcamp App. The Barn Bootcamp App allows you to track your progress, record workouts, chat with the trainers and share your results.
We’ve created a professional environment for our members and clients to train in, as well as providing them with all the tools they need outside of the sessions to ensure that they achieve the best results possible.

If you’re looking for a place to achieve real life-changing results. Then this is the place for you.
In the training sessions, you will be joined by up to 11 other people, all working to achieve similar goals to yourself. Everyone who joins our group programs must start on a Six Week challenge. This has proven to create an extremely strong and positive community of like-minded people, all strive to push each other on and achieve the best results possible, together. You’ll work in Zone for the first half of the sessions. Two Red. Two Blue. The Red Zones are designed to test your metabolic conditioning and accelerate your fat-burning potential. The Blue Zones are designed to build muscle strength and tone. Each of these zone will push you to progress at your own level. We finish each session with something that we like to call ‘The Finisher’. These are team-based challenges, designed to get you to work with others in the group to complete a set task. These are tough, testing and above all great fun. The Trainers will be there to encourage and coach you through the entire workout.
We know that just turning up the sessions isn’t enough for you to see truly amazing results. When you join the barn Bootcamp, you’ll be joining a community of people that are all striving for you to be better for yourself. Whilst we hold you to account for making sure you turn up to your sessions, we also provide a lot of support outside of the sessions.
You’ll be invited to join our highly engaging Facebook Group with over 100+ members discussing struggles, progressions and big wins they’re all achieving. In addition to this, you’ll have full access to The Barn Bootcamp app. Which will serve as your daily go-to app for tracking and accessing your progress. We ask our members to share their progress with others in the group and this provides inspiration and motivation for others in the group.
During the summer we will be making full use of our farm-based facilities and running regular BBQ’s and social events to bring our whole community together across all different training times.
Not only will you be able to train with us for three sessions a week over the course of this initial Six Week Challenge, we also provide you with a completely bespoke nutrition plan. We assess your current body composition and nutrition requirements. Then establish realistic goals and a timeframe for you to achieve the desired results. From there, we will build out a detailed meal plan.
Providing you will the specific foods and quantities required to get you into the best shape possible, and achieve your results in the quickest time. In addition to the meal plans, we have numerous recipe books, guide and learning materials to ensure that you don’t just ‘follow the plan’ but also learn the necessary skills in order to sustain these results in definitely.
