THE SIX WEEK CHALLENGE

The Barn Bootcamp Six-Week Challenge is the complete transformation challenge.

We assess your training and nutrition requirements to build you a bespoke program that allows you to see outstanding long-lasting results.

We assess your start point & build to suit YOU!

It doesn’t matter what level of health and fitness you are currently at. We build this to your requirements which will allow you to progress consistently.

We build you a bespoke nutrition plan

After we’ve assessed your starting needs, we build a nutrition plan to match your requirements. These are simple to follow and always remove the inconveniences and restrictions of regular diet plans.

We give your clear goals to work towards

Having a tangible goal is essential. We believe you should see a clear return on the time, effort and money you invest into your health and fitness. We help you set the goals and expectations on how to achieve this.

We coach you through each session

Our team is on hand to coach you on how to perform these exercises correctly and push for progress.

We are here to keep you accountable and provide support

This program requires you to change and improve various areas of your day-to-day life.

An extremely friendly environment with really good instructors. Shannon is amazing, he has really helped me to ditch my unhealthy habits whilst still encouraging me to be pragmatic with my food choices to make this a sustainable change. Can I do a one-off session?

No. We don’t believe that we could provide you with the appropriate support and guidance for just a one-off session. Any client who wishes to join us just starts off on a Six Week Challenge.

Can I continue after my initial six-week challenge?

Yes! We are here to support you for the long term. The initial packages are just a starting point on your journey. We provide flexible options for continuing to work with us either via the one to one personal training or the group sessions.

What support do I have outside of the session?

You will have 24/7 access to our personal training team via our in-app chat service, in addition to your weekly check-ins and community Facebook group.

I’ve got a busy lifestyle, can I still do this?

Simply put, YES! Over the years we have worked with hundreds of clients, just like you. From CEO, City Executives, serial entrepreneurs, working mums, etc, we help transform a whole variety of people.

We are here to take away the feeling of overwhelm that comes with a busy schedule and make things very clear and easy to do. We want to get to know you as a person, and what you really need to achieve a transformation. Then are able to appropriately apply the right tools to navigate you through your busy schedule and see results.

Are your clients real?

It’s a shame to put this question in our FAQs but people are often sceptical of the outstanding results that our clients achieve. All of our results are ‘real’ and achieved through working with The Barn Bootcamp team.  Yes, these results are very much achievable within short time frames by applying our methodology.

Do You cater for Vegans and Vegetarians?

Yes! Despite the belief that vegetarians and vegans aren’t able to build muscle and lose body fat, we’ve helped transform the lives of many who have these dietary requirements. The beauty of what we do at The Barn Bootcamp is we can cater to almost any dietary need, and work on creating a diet that works for your lifestyle.

Will I still be able to eat and drink out?

We understand that everyone has different lifestyle demands and a healthy lifestyle shouldn’t be one lived out of a Tupperware box all the time. Through our coaching methods, we educate you on how to incorporate great results into a sustainable lifestyle. Throughout your journey, we will encourage you to communicate your plans with us so our coaches can best advise you.

Do you only help with fat loss? What about muscle building?

Not at all. Fat loss is only the first part of the journey. Once you’re lean, you’re in a much better position to then build muscle and make overall improvements to your physique. That’s what the Investment phase is all about!

How much time do I need to commit?

On average, you’ll only need to commit 2-4 hours a week for training, split over 2-4 sessions. This will vary at different stages of your journey, and depend on your goal.

Can you work around injuries?

Injuries shouldn’t be a limiting factor in improving your overall health. You can still progress towards your goals, it will just mean that we need to work around any limitations. We have found that in some cases when clients come to use with existing injuries, through appropriately programmed resistance training, these injuries improve or even disappear over time due to improving their overall strength.
