Don’t get us wrong, you need to be 100% committed and give it everything you have when you are training at The Barn, but in return, our personal trainers provide the support and guidance you need, when you need it, to get you in the shape of your life.

Our 6 Week Challenge is how all our members start out. This is specifically designed to kick start your body with a nutrition and training program that’s tailored to you. The program is designed to help you make changes to your diet and training regime that will not only have visible results in 6 weeks but will help you maintain long-lasting health and fitness.

If you are in two minds...just do it is my thorough recommendation. Adam and the team have totally surpassed my expectations. After just 4 weeks I feel like the impossible is now possible. Everyone thought I couldn't stick to the diet plan but I have (without really even feeling hungry) and I am already losing weight and feel so much stronger. All the instructors are attentive and supportive (even in a group setting) and able to make sure the program is tailored to you at all times whilst also managing to quietly increase the challenge too! I have achieved in 1 month what I did with one on one coaching over 6 months when I was 5 years younger! Molly
