Don’t get us wrong, you need to be 100% committed and give it everything you have when you are training at The Barn, but in return, our personal trainers provide the support and guidance you need, when you need it, to get you in the shape of your life.

Our 6 Week Challenge is how all our members start out. This is specifically designed to kick start your body with a nutrition and training program that’s tailored to you. The program is designed to help you make changes to your diet and training regime that will not only have visible results in 6 weeks but will help you maintain long-lasting health and fitness.

You won’t get more knowledgeable, helpful and friendly trainers anywhere else!
